From Our Plot to Your Plate!
If you are visiting CAT why not treat yourself to a tasty meal or a slice of homemade cake in our vegetarian cafe.
With gardens bursting with seasonal produce and a team of dedicated volunteers to grow and harvest the crop our CAT cafe uses herbs, salad and veg straight from our plot to your plate. Where possible ingredients that can not come directly from our organic smallholding are locally sourced, organic and fairtrade.
If you're feeling chilly or thirsty from exploring our outdoor exhibits and new Quarry Trail we have a selection of hot and cold soft drinks to choose from as well as organic wine and beer.
